By accessing or using the facilities and services at Shadowridge Golf Club, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

• Tee times can be booked online, by phone, or in person with a valid credit card.
• Check-in at least 30 minutes before tee time; be at the tee box 10 minutes early.
• A maximum of 4 players per tee time. Single players may be grouped at our discretion.

3. Rentals & Responsibility

• Golf carts may only be driven by licensed drivers.
• You are financially responsible for any damage caused to rented equipment or the course.

4. Golf Course Etiquette

• Soft spikes only. Proper golf attire is required.
• Maintain pace of play and follow starter/marshal directions.
• Keep carts on paths where required and away from greens and tees.
• Repair divots, rake bunkers, and fix ball marks.

We reserve the right to remove players for inappropriate behavior, unsafe conduct, or repeated rule violations.

5. Alcohol & Smoking

• Outside alcohol and coolers are strictly prohibited.
• All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Shadowridge Golf Club.
• We reserve the right to inspect bags and coolers.
• Smoking is not permitted on the course or within any buildings.
• Violations may result in immediate removal and loss of booking privileges.

6. Health & Safety

• Play at your own risk. Golf is a sport that includes inherent risks of injury.
• Obey all signage and staff instructions.
• Immediately report any incidents, injuries, or damage to the Pro Shop.

7. Privacy

We collect personal information for booking and communication purposes. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to our use of your information for these purposes.

8. Service Changes & Course Access

Shadowridge Golf Club may modify services, hours, or access due to maintenance, weather, or events.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of closures or changes.

9. Waiver & Release of Liability

By using our course and services, you release Shadowridge Golf Club, its staff, and affiliates from liability for any injury or damage arising from normal course use, except in cases of gross negligence.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes must be resolved under this jurisdiction.
